You've come this far, why not see it all? Our 4-day Salt Flats & Eduardo Avaroa Reserve Tour takes you cross-country through some of the most remote and visually stunning landscapes in the world. After an overnight journey (it's worth it!) from La Paz, you arrive bright and early in Uyuni, our base of operations for trips to and through the Salar and Avaroa Reserve's famous colored lakes, hot springs and steamy high altitude volcanoes. Wildlife viewing includes vicuñas, Andean condors and thousands of brightly colored flamingos.

We travel in comfortable (well, pretty comfortable!) 4-wheel drive Toyota LandCruisers with very experienced drivers and plenty of time for stops to take a break, take some pictures and just take a moment to marvel at the vast scenery that surrounds you on all sides. NIghts are spent in small, family hotels in villages and food is typical, delicious Andean soups, potatoes and alpaca steaks and other local fare.

This tour takes you through extreme landscapes, with high altitudes, intense sunlight, challenging travel conditions and highly variable temperatures. Please be well prepared for this incredible journey, and make sure you have appropriate clothing, quality sunglasses and plenty of good humor to keep the experience a positive one.
