Student Programs
La Paz on Foot has experience with designing and implementing courses on a range of topics. We have a broad network of contacts throughout the Central Andes and can help you put together educational programs from one day to one month. We have developed courses for elementary, high school and university students from Bolivia, North America and the Europe. Here are the titles of some of our recent courses:

    • Eco-houses of La Paz
    • Food Systems of the Central Andes
    • Climate Change and Food Sovereignty in Bolivia
    • Conservation and Development in a Mega-diverse Eco-region

We have also incorporated service work in many of the courses, including tree planting, garbage collection, mural painting and arts & nature workshops. 

If you are interested in developing an educational, for or not-for-credit course, we can give you support for program design and implementation, logistics, invited speakers, site visits and service work components.
